Installation of a Purple MUGA pitch chosen by the pupils complete with mesh security fencing and basketball hoops.
MUGA is an acronym for Multi Use Games Area which enables the ability to play multiple sports in just one area meaning schools can use the area to its full potential.
Other external work included removal of a large grass mound to create a tarmacked playground.
