Site Visit/Consultation


Once you have booked your appointment with us, this is where we come out to do a site visit is to discuss your requirements in detail and take all the measurements for your project. We will also discuss with you any layout changes, special requirements you may have and when you would like your project to be completed.


If you are completely refurnishing an area and require a substantial amount of new furniture or are looking to utilise you space you have with bespoke furniture, this is where we come out to discuss your ideas and options and take measurements. Furniture styles, colours and fabrics will be discussed and all measurements taken.


Our in-house design team take all the information and measurements from the site visit and agree the design specification with you, before beginning work on plans and drawings.

Plans will be drawn up including any 3D renders where necessary for you to visualise your new space.

Once all details are agreed and designs have been produced the team then work closely with the estimating department to collate everything into a visual quotation.


Your quote is produced and presented to you.

Your quotation provides in depth details of the materials we will use to complete your project including any colour schemes and finishes you have chosen.

As well as the cost proposal, it will provide you with an overview of Flexit Solutions, who we are and how we work. It will include any existing and proposed plans and options and provide an in-depth specification of the preparation and supply & installation of the project and the products we use, so you can be sure you are getting the best quality for the best price. The furniture will include images of your chosen furniture and any colour, fabric and frame choices.


Once you have placed your order with us, the sales & project team will handover, a pre-start site visit will be arranged and all the necessary materials, trades, plans and more will be organised.

Work then begins on site after the risk assessments, relevant health and safety and CDM reports have been carried out, weekly site progress meetings will occur and daily updates will be sent to you.

You can sit back whilst we work our magic and deal with all aspects from concept to completion, once your project is complete a meeting will be arranged to sign off the work.

For furniture orders, your items will be manufactured and delivered/installed where arranged.


Your project is now complete and a site clearance has been carried out.
